Louisa Krause was born in New York City. She is best known for playing the role of lead in Anna Garner in the television show The Girl Experience . She performed her first film part in the Babysitters in which she played Brenda Woodberg. Krause studied drama in college before appearing in many off-Broadway productions. She was also a part of the New York-based networks TV series. The family of her father comes from an ethnic background of Japanese descent as does her mother from the United States. Nathaniel his younger brother is also a director. The family lives in Washington D.C., at the Washington School of Ballet she discovered a love for dance. After high school she began to be more active in other arts. In the fall of her Senior year she began her studies at Carnegie Mellon Drama School. Krause started her acting career just after. In a musical version of Aida she earned the Equity Card. Louisa Krause began her career performing in theatre. She was a part of the Huntington Theatre Companys production. In 2007, she was Iphigenia in the Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 performance.
